All in all everything was fantastic, had a really good stay for total 4 nights. Strategic location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Was set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were very professional.

The room was good-sized and functional, with a safety box and private balcony. the staff was accommodating and fairly friendly. the hotel had a very central location near Ngoc Son Temple. the restaurant offered great food.

The hotel staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome, making our day. The hotel's perfect location allowed us to explore the city on foot and the facilities met all our needs.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The first thing I noticed was the excellent value for money. The prices were affordable and the hotel offered a lot for what I paid. The attention to detail was also exceptional, especially in the rooms on the upper floors, which had twin beds or a honeymoon suite. The location of the hotel was perfect, right near the lake and within 10 minutes' walk to Ho Guom lake. It was so convenient to be able to walk to most attractions in the Old Quarter. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were sufficient for a comfortable stay. I was very impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it.
